Body Intelligence
You are as your body. Pain in the body is not only a physical aspect of your life. It can determine your emotional and cognitive states, short and long term. Living in a fast changing world, we are put on survival mode to live up the social conditions. Our nervous system is drastically hardwired to 'fight, flight' so as to survive. What can you do in situations where you can't fight or flight? You automatically go into freeze or fold and that is often when physical and mental health conditions start to concern your life. Sleepless nights. Poor abilities to concentrate. Chronic headaches. Depression and so on.
Having the body in survival could bring you the egotistic success you dreamt of and at the same time it could take you away from being well, and living joyfully.
Whatever we do, it is with the body. There's no escape to that. How we relate to our body shapes how and what we are as humans, what we think of ourselves, feel and even how we present and carry ourselves. This is when body intelligence which is something we are all born with come to play. Understanding and allowing the body to excel and regulate in a way that it can effectively help us to thrive rather than jus to survive is a vital skill that you can learn to acquire today. It is empowerment. It is freedom. It is peace.

I have been trained to teach you to fish and not to give you fish.
You'll learn tools for state and pattern change, to regulate your nervous system and deeply understand yourself from working with the body awareness, how you are as the body, and breath, increase your ability to live in the present, shift your focus, stay calm in stressful situations, and feel more connected to yourself a way you might not have recognized before. We are all different.
