🌈 Are you worried, unsatisfied , under-pressured or out of tune? 🌈 Is your body affected and reacting to these circumstances? 🌈 Experiencing physical and emotional pain? 🌈 Struggling to have restful sleep or enjoy your day to day life? We all have moments that we feel pressured. If we approach them feeling fearful and frustrated, we might end up experiencing those panicking feelings. If we can be centered, balanced, relaxed and spacious in those moments though, we might experience a completely different adventure and enjoy the ride. As a certified TRE® provider and Embodiment coach, I guide you towards sustainable connections between your physical, mental and emotional landscape regardless of your situation. You will learn to be your own best friend, and build a healthier relationship with yourself. 💫 Self-love can be restored, and self-care can be established by yourself. Learn to have an embodied self-awareness in order to have self-leadership and therefore social awareness. Managing yourself from a balanced, expansive and relaxed place can be one of the biggest gifts you can give to yourself. Each client is different and so are the interventions I apply in each session. You can use this space to be in control of your life, to nourish, to be kind and allow the support to yourself the best way your body is designed to do. You are indeed yourself best friend.
