Discover something that nourishes your soul, bring you joy and good feelings, when you find that, make your for it in your life.
1- do yoga
2- meditate, calm your mind & body
3- journal, reflect on your feelings & experiences
4- write a list of things you accomplish today
5- do TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)
6- organize your room, declutter
7- take a social media break, focus on life around you
8- practice positive self talk
9- light a candle, put on slow calm music and take a bath
10- take time to care for your body i.e. moisturize your face and body, floss your teeth
